Planning, status and closing meetings are held by video call. Visits are scheduled where the work requires them, such as an inventory count.

Jomari Jess S. Abellar, CPA, CMA
Jomari is the Senior Managing Partner of Alcala Abellar Chan & Co., CPAs. Before entering the partnership, he was a sole professional practitioner serving the business community within Region VIII and the National Capital Region through his expertise in accounting, auditing, business advisory, and taxation for more than half a decade — with solid experience auditing Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (MSMEs) and large business entities alike.
He assists taxpayers with tax compliance and BIR audits, and represents them through the assessment process from notice to resolution.
Before returning home to Region VIII, Jomari worked at one of the largest professional services firms across the globe, specializing in assurance and taxation. On the side, he teaches audit and assurance principles and taxation at several colleges and universities in the region and NCR, and is an author of a CPA reviewer book on auditing.
Jomari placed 2nd in the May 2018 CPA Licensure Examination and graduated BS Accountancy and BS Real Estate Management, both Summa Cum Laude. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Philippine Christian University and is an emerging practitioner in Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG).
