Meetings by video call
Planning, status and closing meetings are held by video call. Visits are scheduled where the work requires them, such as an inventory count.

Atty. Jayson O. Chan, CPA
Atty. Jayson is an emerging lawyer and professional accountant with a practice centered on tax compliance and health checks, assistance with tax audits, corporate structuring, tariff and customs compliance, and legal and regulatory compliance.
His early career includes pivotal roles in assessing and managing business risk as a risk and compliance officer, as well as evaluating and assessing controls as an internal auditor and data privacy officer — ensuring strict regulatory compliance and governance.
Alongside his legal practice, Jayson teaches as a professional lecturer of taxation and commercial laws and serves as a reviewer for the CPA board exams. He has been an active member and officer of PICPA–Tacloban Chapter, previously serving as Vice President for Operations and Membership Development.
Jayson secured 1st place in the May 2018 Licensure Exam for Certified Public Accountants and 10th place in the December 2023 Bar Exam.
